It's official! The main course for the NT City2Surf has been measured and certified by an Association of International Marathons and Distance Races (AIMS) official. The course has come in at 12.5km. So set your Garmins and fitbits to account for the extra 500m for this year's event.
Importantly, the certification opens the way for the NT City2Surf to receive World Athletics endorsement in the future!
